the 2009 festival poster contest. We had a number of strong entries, and the judges had a difficult time choosing
from among them (a nice problem to have, we think). You'll start seeing the new design in ads, emails, and flyers,
and when the poster itself comes out in August. For those of you who entered this year, thank you, and please
consider submitting again next year.

What's New at the TriMedia Film Festival
Updated 12/22/2008. We'd like to thank everyone who helped make the 2008
festival possible, including our audiences, volunteers, staff, sponsors, and visiting guest artists.
We hope you had as much fun as we did, and put us on your calendar for next year's festival,
September 11-13, 2009.
While this is the (relatively) quiet time for the TriMedia Film Festival, it doesn't mean
we're not doing anything. We're planning for two upcoming events, our appearance
at First Night in Fort Collins on Dec. 31, and our
"Valentine Film and
Celebration" fundraiser, which includes a showing of "Adventures of Power,"
sweet and savory treats, wine, and an exclusive silent auction at the Rialto
in Loveland on Feb. 13.
And of course, our call for entries for film, TV, and theatre will open Feb. 1.
By the way, if you took photos at the TriMedia Film Festival and are willing to share, we'd
love to put them up on a new "Gallery" page we're creating for the site. We'll put
up photos for each year's festival, and happily give you photo credits if you'd like. Please send
us a note via our "Contact Us" form and we'll tell you where to send the photos.
